Spiritual Gifts Inventory

One of the best ways to begin getting connected at Zion is to take a Spiritual Gift inventory. This brief survey will help identify the ways God has uniquely gifted you to serve both inside and outside of Zion. Click HERE for a link to an online survey you can take and print out. Click HERE for detailed instructions of how to use the inventory and for a background on Spiritual Gifts.

Serve outside our walls

Jesus calls us to BE the church and not just go to church.  We are the church when we share the Good News through our words and actions outside of our church walls.  We believe we are blessed to be a blessing and invite you to pray about specific ways God might be inviting you to bless others.  If you are looking for a place to serve, there are many organizations and ministries to which we can connect you.  The closest option is the Anthony Wayne Community Food Ministry which is located inside Waterville Community Church.  Contact Bryan Lauer or call the church office (419) 878-0266 for more information about how to serve through your time, finances or other resources.

Baptism at Zion

Zion offers both adult and infant baptism.  Would you or your child like to be baptized at Zion?
Click HERE for a document that explains how to have your baptism at Zion.

Fellowship Hours
The Parish Life Ministry Team is looking for groups, committees, individuals or families that want to host and sponsor our coffee and fellowship hour between services on Sunday morning. Please sign up on the calendar in the Family Life Center or the call the chruch office to reserve a Sunday.

Do you have musical gifts?

Zion has several opportunities for you!
Zion’s Bell Choir is seeking new members. Zion’s Senior Choir is looking for singers.
Zion’s Praise Team is looking for singers, and other musical talent.

Please contact Tom Wardell or Pastor Steve if you are interested in any of these opportunities to use your gifts. You can call (419) 878-0266.

Carillon Bells

There is still lots of opportunity for members to select a favorite hymm or song to be played. We have recently installed ten more hymms to be played. For a one time fee of $50 you can select your favorite hymm, date and time you wish for the hymm to be played. A catalog of songs is available in the church office or you may contact Trudy Schieding, Carol Mason, or Harold Wiehl.
